Presbyterian Women (PW) of SPC welcomes all women to our church and hope you will find your spiritual home here. PW offers four different study circles, so you can choose one that is best suited for your schedule and bible study preference. We also sponsor social outings, retreat & workshop gatherings as well as opportunities for service and missions.

PW sincerely hope you can join us in one or several study or service opportunities as we continue to build an inclusive, caring community of women who witness to the promises of God in this time and place. All circle bible study groups meet from September – May, and some get together for social outings during the summer months.

 Morning Circle: Moderator, Diane Price
Meeting times: 1st Tuesdays, 9:45 am at the church
Bible Study: PW 2018-19 Horizons – God’s Promise: I Am with You – a journey through scripture to consider circumstances in which God articulated God’s promise of presence.

Afternoon Circle I: Moderator, Laura Cacchoine
Meeting times: 2nd Wednesdays, 1:00 pm at the church
Bible Study: Enter By the Gate by Flora Slosson Wuellner – Using the story of Jesus the Good Shepherd in John 10, this book explores how to listen for and discern God’s way for your life.

Afternoon Circle II: Moderator, Judy Wetzig
Meeting times: 3rd Wednesdays, 1:00 at the church
Bible Study: Believers: Lessons from Women of Powerful Faith (Her Name Is Woman) by Gien Karssen – explores the lives of Hannah, Ruth, Mary, and nine other women from the Bible who believed God, no matter what. Each of these women held on to God, as He took each of them down a unique path in life.

Evening Circle: Moderator, Cynthia Evans
Meeting Times: 2nd Tuesdays, 7:00pm at members’ homes
Bible Study: Life Lessons from Acts by Max Lucado – this New Testament and Old Testament series includes a selection of studies, intriguing questions, inspirational storytelling, and profound reflections for bringing God’s Word to life.
