In this very interesting and informative presentation hosted by SPC on Monday evening, Dr. Susan McCaffray, PhD,  explored Russian President Vladimir Putin’s stated reasons for his invasion of Ukraine and examined the historical roots of both countries.  Dr. McCaffray is a retired professor and former Chair of the UNCW Department of History and a member of Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, NC.
